Dubai Properties is a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate. The company is based in Dubai and was founded in 2002. Initially, the company was working under the name Estithmaar Realty and was created with a single project – Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). JBR is going to become one of the largest and most famous residential projects in the UAE.

In 2005, the company was transformed into Dubai Holding, a worldwide known company with a wide range of specifications in 10 sectors, operating in 13 countries all over the world.

The head of the company is the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties Khalid Al Malik. He is also the Managing Director of Dubai Holding as well as a part of the board of other organisations like SmartCity Malta, SmartCity Kochi, Empower, Noor Bank, Dubai Creek Harbor, UAE International Investment Council, and an associate of the Dubai Council for the Future Cities.
