Emaar South
Emaar South occupies a surface of 145 km2 and is one of the largest UAE’s urban projects. Previously, it was named Dubai World Central but was renamed in August 2015.
The district has direct access to the Etihad railroad network, Al Maktoum International Airport, and Palm Jebel Ali port, providing comfortable transportation to many other Dubai districts. Being a multimodal logistical platform, Emaar South provides unrivaled speed.
The Emaar South is designed for 1 million residents. It has become an industrial and technological center, which led to the creation of over half a million workplaces.
Dubai World Al Maktoum International Airport takes this residential district on to an absolutely new level. Emaar has become a territory for holding such events, as World Expo 2020 and Dubai Airshow, which in turn led to an increase in demand for apartments in this area. South of Dubai is the emirate’s most important economic platform and a global financial center.
