Emaar Beachfront is a 10 million sq. ft gated community in Dubai Harbour by Emaar Properties.

The development is located near Dubai Marina, between JBR and Palm Jumeirah, and has quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road that allow its residents to travel fast across the rest of the city. Emaar Beachfront is one of the most popular off-plan projects by Emaar in Dubai.

Emaar Beachfront is a master development that will feature 27 residential towers and totally 10,000 units including 1-4BR apartments, 3-4BR penthouses and podium villas. The residents can use hotel services by Address Hotels + Resorts and also 1.5-km beach.
