Oceanz by Danube is a new residential project in Dubai Maritime City, developed by Danube Properties, known for projects like Elitz, Fashionz, and Viewz. The complex consists of two towers with a configuration of B+G+6P+44 floors. Oceanz by Danube will feature interiors and luxury furnishings from Tonino Lamborghini Casa (TLC), inspired by the brand’s automotive and mechanical heritage. The interior design will feature a white, gold, and blue color palette.

Oceanz by Danube offers a variety of units, including studios, presidential studios and suites, 1–3 bedroom apartments, and a limited collection of Oceanic Villas, all furnished with TLC furniture. Most residences come with private pools, offering stunning views of Dubai Maritime City, the Dubai skyline, and the Arabian Gulf.

The lobby will serve as a welcoming space for residents to gather with neighbors or friends. Occupants will have access to over 40 amenities, including a sky pool, an infinity pool on the podium, a marine-inspired health club, a cafe, a library, a cinema, landscaped areas, sports grounds, entertainment facilities, children’s playgrounds, and relaxation areas. Additionally, a business center is available for professionals.

Following the success of the first two towers, Danube launched Tower 3, Oceanz 3 by Danube, in October 2023. This newest skyscraper offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and is expected to attract investors and buyers alike. Oceanz 3 will feature 280 residences, including studios, 1-bedroom presidential suites, and 2-3 bedroom apartments, with living areas ranging from 429 sq. ft to 1,893 sq. ft. The presidential suites will include an office, while the 3-bedroom apartments will come with a maid’s room. Most real estate units will feature their own private pool on the terrace.
